After this Sevierville residence received extensive fire damage, SERVPRO arrived on the scene to secure the property to protect it from any unauthorized individuals from entering the home. Initially, the front of the residence had a tarp secured over a damaged front window and the property was missing doors and windows in other areas. The technician is shown in the After Photo securing the upstairs after having covered the windows and doorways downstairs with boards for safety and security, leaving the tarp up for additional protection against the weather doing further damage before mitigation efforts begin on the property. As a final action, the technicians standardly put up yellow caution tape around the property.
