Gatlinburg Multi-Purpose Structure and Storm Damage

The water on the floor of this commercial building in Gatlinburg does not indicate a large cleanup problem for our skilled SERVPRO team. Looking up, the fallen acoustical ceiling tiles indicate a much larger problem from the roof down through the void to the drop-ceiling. The walls in other areas of this structure were soaked beyond saving, so our crew discarded all non-salvageable materials during the cleanup phase of the project. The framed building can then be sprayed with an antimicrobial agent to inhibit mold growth and to exterminate bacteria and viruses that were carried in with the water.
